A gunman armed with a handgun and rifle killed 4 people at a hospital in Tulsa before reportedly dying from a self-inflicted gun shot wound. It was the most recent mass shooting in a string of shootings that have plagued the country over the last few weeks. Authorities haven’t released the names of the victims or the shooter at this time.
The shooting occurs just over a week removed from the devastating mass shooting that took place in Uvalde, Texas where 19 children and 2 teachers were killed by a gunman. The Justice Department initiated an investigation into the slow police response in that incident.
