Cleveland Browns cornerback Denzel Ward signed an extension making him the highest paid cornerback in the history of the NFL. The two time Pro Bowl performer agreed to a $100.5 million extension over 5 years according to reports. The deal includes $71.25 million guaranteed. The 24-year old reacted to the news on Twitter.

The contract pays Ward a yearly average of $20.1 million which puts him just above Jalen Ramsey of the Los Angeles Rams and his $20 million per season.
